The geonet drainage layer placed on the composite liner consisting of GCL and textured HDPE geomembrane at the pad base provides high hydraulic conductivity in directing the pregnant leach solution to the collection lines. While the corrugated HDPE pipe network forms the backbone of the solution distribution and collection system, the joint details at line intersections are joined via electrofusion, making them resistant to deformation under pad load.
