Polymeric barrier produced from HDPE, LLDPE and PVC raw materials that prevents liquid and gas migration; it serves as the primary containment layer in mining, storage, water structures and petrochemical projects.
Product Summary
Long-lasting barrier against liquid and gas passage
Manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 0.75–3.00 mm, the geomembrane prevents uncontrolled seepage with a permeability level of ≤ 1×10⁻¹² cm/s. While its carbon black and antioxidant additive package provides UV and oxidation resistance, double-track wedge or extrusion welding yields a leak-tight joint.

The product type alone is not sufficient for the membrane system to reach its design objective; field welding parameters and non-destructive testing results must be evaluated together.

The membrane system must not be commissioned until each seam line is verified with an air pressure or vacuum box test.
Product Structure
A structure meeting engineering requirements in a single product
Although a geomembrane is a single-layer polymer sheet, effective containment depends on three components working together: the polymer matrix provides the barrier function, the carbon black provides surface UV protection, and the antioxidant package withstands the thermal stress at field weld seams. The textured surface option, on the other hand, increases shear resistance on sloped sites.
